  • Biomechanic Lessons.

    This brings physical therapy sessions to the ring. In biomechanic lessons, we work together to optimize how you use your body on your horse. This improves your balance, motor control, and the timing of your aids. Your horse will thank you!

  • Virtual Training.

    Improving your strength and motor control requires a good program. However, the quality of your exercise has a huge impact on your riding. Virtual training sessions are where I guide you though a workout or therapeutic exercise program and help you with form and muscle activation. These are 30-minute power packed sessions that help your riding almost instantly.
